She married Floyd Staudaker, June 19, 1935 in Croswell. He died September 3, 1969. Gladys is the daughter of the late Melvin and Alice Cornwell. She retired from Pontiac Motors.

She is survived by 2 brothers; Charles Cornwell of Croswell; Harvey Cornwell of Port Huron; 1 sister Loretta Jackson of Lakeport.

Visitation is 2 to 9 Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell. Rev. Donna Osterhout of the Bethel United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Croswell Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Bethel Methodist Church.
