Seaman, U.S. Navy, Vietnam Era-Seaman Perry died while on leave from the U.S. Navy at Proctor Hospital on 12-23-1966 of Viral Meningitis. He was in the Navy by September of 1966.

He is the son of Mr. Arthur L. Perry & Mrs. Imogene {Edwards} Perry of R.R. # 1 Hanna City, Illinois. He is a 1965 graduate of Farmington H.S. in Farmington, Illinois. He did his training at San Diego, California. He does leave five brothers, David, Robert, Donald, Michael, and Richard, and four sisters, Miss Patricia, Miss Joyce, Miss Agnes, and Mrs. Opal Holen of Louisville, Kentucky.

Awards: National Defense Medal, Navy Good Conduct Medal.
