Edith Mary Ames, age 63 of Oak Ridge, TN, and formerly of Maryville, TN died May 3, 1967. She was born July 20, 1903 in Minnesota, the daughter of George Frank Leigh and Mable Blanche Masters Leigh. She is survived by son, Howell Simerly of Oak Ridge; 2 Grandsons, 1 Granddaughter and brother, George Leigh of Maryville. The family will receive friends on May 5, 1967 from 7 - 9pm at Weatherford Mortuary. The funeral will be May 6, 1967 at 11am in the chapel of Weatherford Mortuary with Rev. George Neff officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
