Alma Jane Faccio

Alma Jane Faccio, 77, of Rock Springs, died April 3 at the Sage View Care Center following a brief illness.

She was born May 10, 1924, in Frontier, the daughter of the late Baylus and Bertha Nadine Herbin Cox.

She attended schools in Rock Springs and married Herman Faccio Sept. 14, 1940 in Manila.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, F.O. Eagles Auxiliary, Curves for Women and the Young at Heart Senior Citizens Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family, crafts, crocheting, tole painting, cooking, holiday baking and a great love for angels.

Survivors include her husband of Rock Springs, one son and daughter-in-law, John and Kathy Faccio and Kathy of Rock Springs; two daughters, Nadine Wilburn and husband Bill of Rock Springs and Jacqueline Lee Slagowski of Pinedale; one brother, Eugene Cox and wife Mary Ellen of Rock Springs; one sister, Norma Paoli and husband Eugene of Rock Springs; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; maternal and paternal grandparents.

Funeral services were conducted on April 6 at the Vase Funeral Chapel in Rock Springs. Interment was in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
