Received edit requests to add Shoopman as her maiden name and to add 1866 in Pulaski County, Kentucky as her date and place of death, along with the following message from Find a Grave contributor, Fabian Doles (46517704) on July 12, 2021:

"Daughter of John Shoopman Sr and Sarah (Smith) Shoopman"

======

The following information was provided by a previous manager of this memorial (likely, Joyce Tinsley) or by another Find a Grave contributor:

Mary was age 46 in the 1850 Scott County, Tennessee census and age 63 in the 1860 Pulaski County, Kentucky Census.

Mary Delk was on a list (tax?) in 1863 with sons Fred & George Delk. This is the last I have on her and she may have died about this time. She's not in the 1870 census by herself or with her children.

I've seen where many people have her maiden name as Shoopman but that is speculation. I have not seen any proof of her maiden name.
