Wava, 85, McGuffey, died at 12:05 p.m., at St. Rita's Medical Center.

She was a daughter to Frank B. and Nona (Krisher) Gunn. On Oct 19, 1945, she married Darrell C. "Jim" Spradlin, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Sharon A. (Clarence) Lowery, Belle Center, and Deborah K. Vance, Waynesfield; five grandchildren, J. Kevin (Missy) Spradlin, Heather (Douglas) Moore, Jason (Marcia) Vance, Matthew (Kera) Lowery, and Joshua (Kathy) Vance; nine great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Millard "Bud" Bowling.

Deceased are two sons, Jerry D. and Dennis D.; three brothers, Clyde, Raymond and Garland; and eight sisters, Pauline Ellis, Eva Mae Fewell, Gladys Hoy, Wanda Mankey, Margaret Kimmel, Annabelle Hunt, Betty O'Bannon and Wilda Leffler.

She had worked at Wilson Sporting Goods in Ada for 23 years as a lacer and packer. She was a member of Gold Star Mothers, Findlay Chapter, and the American Legion Auxiliary, Findlay.

A celebration of life service will be at Armentrout Funeral Home, Waynesfield, with the Rev. Robert Dye, officiating.
