After Joseph's death, Millicent Ayers Anderson married William Clayton ca 1863. William & Millicent had four children. William Clayton died in 1890 and is buried with his first wife at Macedonia Baptist Church in Gilmer Co, GA. Millicent moved to Gordon Co, GA with some of her children. Her burial location is not known.
