Death: While at Twin Lake engaged in swimming with a number of boys on Sunday evening, Amariah J., the youngest son of Mr. And Mrs. Amariah Holbrook who lived about four miles east of town, lost his life by drowning. The boy was 17 yrs. and 3 months of age. Those present say that he ventured out too far and became entangled in the moss. He leaves his parents, brothers, and sisters.
