FERRIDAY — Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie T. Crum, 81, of Monterey, formerly of Ferriday, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Monterey Church of Christ with David Kirk officiating.

Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Natchez, Miss. under direction of Comer Funeral Home here. [S]he died Sunday at Race Haven Nursing Home in Natchez after a lengthy illness.

A Concordia parish resident since 1925, she was a member of the Monteray [sic Monterey] Church of Christ.

Surviving are three sons, Russell Crum of Monteray [sic Monterey], W. L. Crum and Ernest M. Crum, both of Ferriday; four daughters, Mrs. Edna Enloe of Metarie [sic Metairie], Mrs. Lois Williams of Pineville, Mrs. Melanie Dinger of Ferriday and Mrs. Jeannie Hale of Houston, Tex.; a brother, Eugene Tidwell of Ball; 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dick Payne, Ronnie Crum, Rusty Crum, Bobby Enloe, Gerald Williams and Jimmy Dinger.

The body will be at the Monteray [sic Monterey] Church of Christ after 3 p.m. Monday until time of the service.
