Alice P. Howe Port Huron Mrs. Alice P. Howe, 81, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011. She was born February 2, 1930 in Port Huron to the late Milo E. and Florence (Dawson) Reilly. She married James C. Howe on June 22, 1950 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on January, 9, 2008. Mrs. Howe was a homemaker and a 1948 graduate of Port Huron High School. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church for 66 years. Alice was known as the Cookie Lady and enjoyed baking for her friends. She is survived by three daughters, Pamela (Robert) O'Briant of Flint, Deborah (Mark) McDougal of Port Huron, and Lynette (Stephen) Brush of Port Huron; a daughter-in-law, Mary Howe of Port Huron; 24 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; brother Thomas (Becky) Reilly; several nieces and nephews; and special friends Bob and Ruth Miller. She was preceded in death by son, Robert Howe; grandson, Jeremiah O'Briant; and brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Ruth Reilly. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday and 11-12 noon in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 21, 2011 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate. Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church or Marwood Nursing and Rehab.
