1978-2009

Violet Rogers Kuzara, age 30, died March 13 at Kindred Hospital in Denver.

She was born on July 15, 1978, in Laramieto Carl and Debra Rogers. Violet graduated from Laramie High School in 1996. She went on to get her associate degree from IBMC and graduated in 1997. She then moved to Cheyenne where she went to work for CMS. Violet then moved back to Laramie and went to work for Dr. Comly and finally moved back to Cheyenne in 2006.

Violet was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and a volunteer for Special Olympics. She played bingo, fished and enjoyed life. Violet loved her Nana and Papa.

Violet was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Howard and Letha Wagner of Laramie, and her paternal grandfather, Ralph "Buck" Rogers of Genoa, Colo.

She is survived by her parents, Carl and Debra Rogers of Laramie; her sister, Maggie of Laramie, her husband, Keven Kuzara of Cheyenne, her paternal grandmother, Beulah Richardson of Fort Collins, Colo.; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home in Laramie with the Rev. Brad Agee officiating.

Visitation will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home.
