He was the son Randolph Bernard Tacy and Pauline Jane Glass Tacy. He married his first wife Ruth Virginia Arbogast on Jan.19,1854. They had ten children. Virginia past away on Oct.7,1876. Two years later he married Precelious Riggleman on Aug 22,1878. They had two children together.
He died at the age of 83 years and 2 months and 28 days. He died of Sinile Decay, Chronic Cystitis following hepertrophied prostate gland.

Directions to the cemetery:
From Huttonsville, go south on us 219 for 2.5 miles. Turn left into Becky's Creek road. Cross the bridge and turn right and go 1.1 mile. Cemetery is on left side of the road on the hill behind the farm house.
