Della Mae Hopkins, 90

FRANKFORT -- Della Mae Hopkins, 90, of 908 Central Ave., died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003, in Milner Community Health Care, Rossville.
Born Aug. 30, 1913, in Tompkinsville, KY, she married Harvey Brown in Kentucky in 1930, and he died in 1981. She married Eldon E. Hopkins on June 24, 1983, in Frankfort. He died May 24, 1988.
Mrs. Hopkins retired in 1982 from Uni-Electric. She had previously worked in several nursing homes in Kentucky as a nurses aide.
She was a member of Trinity Holiness Tabernacle and Zion Tabernacle Apostolic Church, both in Frankfort.
Surviving are a son, Harvey "Tom" Brown (wife: Frances) of Frankfort; a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Curl of Frankfort; three step-sons, Ralph J. Hopkins of Salem, Walter Max Hopkins of Beach Grove, and David Bruce Hopkins of Frankfort; and a granddaughter, Wanda Boyd Lacy (Husband: Mike), with whom she made her home.

Visitation 4-7 p.m. Monday, at Archer-Weston Funeral Home, Frankfort. Graveside services 2 p.m. Tusday, at South Fork Cemetery, Hodgenville, KY. Bennett-Bertrum Funeral Home, Hodgenville, KY assisting the family in Kentucky. Eleven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren survive. Preceded in death by 2 brothers, 4 sisters, a son, and 4 stepdaughters. Memorials to: Zion Tabernacle Apostolic Church, Frankfort.
