Frances was born April 6, 1924 in Cottle County, Texas to Emory Hilous Cox and Carrie Lucile Wise. She died October 4, 2005 in Caledonia, Lowndens County, Mississippi.
On January 3, 1944, Frances married Don C. Dilley in Amarillo, Texas.
Frances moved to Mississippi where she spent around 50 years of her life.
Frances loved genealogy and did a lot of research, which she shared with her relatives.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son, Charles Wayne, two sisters, and three brothers.
Frances is survived by a son, Don C. Dilley, Jr., daughters, Alice Frances Naquin, and Barbara Eileen Swindal. Also, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Sisters: Waldeene McKinney, Neida McKaskle, Ruth Riffle, and Rebecca Campbell.
Frances was a great lady, and really loved her family and friends.
