FEREL CHANDLER DIES UNEXPECTEDLY
Ferel O. Chandler, 53-year-old Adair County farmer, died unexpectedly Saturday. Chandler, born May 21, 1915 in Winslow, Ark., made his home on Route 3, Stilwell.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Lou Chandler of the home; three daughters, Janice Marie Vaughn, Nowata, and Carolyn Sue Morrison and Sandra Faye Alberty, both of Stilwell; one son, Sammy Ferel Chandler, Stilwell; one sister, Velma Littlejohn, Westville; and one brother, Wayne Chandler, Greenville, Calif.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. G. H. Crittendon, Muskogee, officiating. Interment was in the Stilwell City Cemetery.
