VERNON — Sandra Carr, 65, of Vernon died Sunday, June 12, 2011, in Wichita Falls.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Wilbarger Street Church of Christ with Jay Hanley and Dave Winn officiating. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.
Mrs. Carr worked at North Texas State Hospital in nursing and nursing administration, retiring in 2010 after 28 years.
Survivors include two sons, Chris of Edmond, Okla., Jason of Fort Worth, Texas; sister, Gloria Simmons of Quanah; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
