Burgess on March 28, 1865 in Fort Ann. He died Dec. 1866, their daughter Clistia E. Burgess Ovitt was born in August of 1866. Phebe married 3rd Lowell Fish, a widower with 3 children about 1869 in Fort Ann. She and Lowell moved after 1870 moved to Indian Lake. They had 7 children, the oldest child born in Fort Ann, and probably the remaining 6 born in Indian Lake.
