MRS. ALFRED AMBACH

Funeral services for Mrs. Alfred (Ida) Ambach were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Trinity Lutheran Church at Great Bend, with Rev. Henry Fry of Wahpeton officiating.

Mrs. Ambach passed away Wednesday evening, July 27th, at 9:20 at the Wahpeton Nursing Home being a patient there the past two months. She has been in failing health for some time. She also has been a patient at the St. Francis Hospital and was there for 3 months.

Ida Bohn, was born Aug. 8th, 1874 at Great Bend, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bohn. She lived around Great Bend all of her life until four years ago when she made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Rudy Beling at Wahpeton. She was a faithful member of her church and Ladies Aid. She was married to Mr. Ambach on Oct. 24th, 1895

Surviving are three sons, Ernest of Hankinson, Arthur of Rockford, IL., and Alvin of Wahpeton, a daughter, Mrs. Rudy Beling of Wahpeton, six brothers, Emil of Hankinson, Albert of Aberdeen, SD.; Robert of Great Bend, August of Columbia, SD. , Ernest and Alfred of Wahpeton, three sisters, Mrs. Anna Strege of Lidgerwood, Mrs. Bertha Beling of Wahpeton, (Emma) Mrs. Chas. Adamson of Great Bend and eight grandchildren.
