NEWELLTON (Special) — Funeral services for Charles Horace Aly, 67, of Newellton, were at 3 p.m. today at the Union Church with the Rev. Richard Meek officiating, assisted by the Rev. A. D. Foster.
Burial was in Legion Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah.
Mr. Aly died Tuesday afternoon in St. Charles Legion Memorial Hospital here after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Josie Fultz Aly, Newellton; two sisters, Mrs. M. P. Guthrie and Mrs. T. A. Guthrie, both of Newellton.
Pallbearers were Earl Morris, Ed Grace, James Eads, Dale LaPlue, Knie Lee and Ed McDonald Jr.
