He was a g-g-g-grandson of Richard Peyton Bailey and a g-g-grandson of Thomas Cooke, Both very notable pioneers of this area of West Virginia.As of today in the year 2011, Don has one living child. Her name is Virginia Delores Bailey Vance. Just to clear things up for those who might not know Don's full name was Don Bailey. He was not named Donald nor did he have a middle name. He was simply named Don Bailey.
