Survived by his wife, Kathleen Troutt Williams, 2 sons; Oscar M., and Jerry N. Williams, 5 grandchildren, 4 gr. grandchildren and sister; Eva Creasy.
Funeral services were held Aug. 24, 1990 at 3:00 p.m. at Garretts Creek Church with Bro. Raymond Adcock officiating. Burial followed at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Westmoreland, TN.
