Lela Temperence Thrasher, 72, passed away at Mount Pleasant, Texas, Saturday. Survived by two sons, Henry and Luke Thrasher; and five daughters, Mrs. Carrie Copeland, Mrs. Meddie Whitcomb, Mrs. Angie Mitchell, Mrs. Belle Duncan; and Mrs. Tennie Owen; one brother, Jim Vaughn; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral cortege leaves the residence, 2603 Southland, 1:30 p. m. Monday for services at Munger Place Baptist Church 2 p. m., the Rev. Earl Anderson officiating. Interment Grove Hill Cemetery.
