David G. Lewis, 58, died June 9, 2011 at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Burlington, Sept. 4, 1952, son of Alan and Barbara (Clary) Lewis.
He was a graduate of Burlington High School. He attended UVM.
David was a sales representative for Frito Lay Co.
He was predeceased by his mother in 2007 and a brother Mark Lewis in 1999.
"The cancer took him very fast and he never had a chance to say goodbye to his many friends. Please know that he wanted to see you all again."
