Services for Warren G. Brickey , 88, of Quitman, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday June 11, 2011 at Eubank Chapel with Bro. Michael Sullivan officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.

Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton, TX.

He passed away June 8, 2011 in Houston, TX.

Mr. Brickey was born March 8, 1923 in Golden, TX, to Henry Virgil and Velma Gertrude Patrick Brickey.

Warren was one of 9 children. He proudly served his Country during WWII in France. After driving a truck for McLean Trucking for 37 years, he and his wife of 57 years retired in Quitman, TX. There they lived happily for 21 years. Warren was an avid hunter, fisherman and greatly enjoy spending his days outdoors on the lake or in his garden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 sisters, Gladys Brickey, Florine Dove, Grace Brickey, Dorothy Petree and a brother, Wyman Brickey.
