Clark Beus Adams, 75, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, returned to his Father in Heaven on Friday, October 3, 2008 after unexpected heart failure.

He was born January 30, 1933 to Norris George and Bessie Beus Adams. He attended Clinton Elementary, North Davis Jr. High and graduated from Davis High School.

Clark married Lois Wayment on September 27, 1950 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He and Lois have resided in Washington Terrace since 1953.

He retired from Hill Air Force Base and also owned and operated Wasatch Sporting Goods in Layton, Utah. During those years he loved taking his son, Blake, fishing in Montana. Also, he worked at Valley View Course in Layton and Glen Eagle Golf Course in Syracuse, were he enjoyed golf.

Clark is survived by his loving wife, Lois; a son, Blake (Pam) Adams, Mesa, AZ; a daughter, Gaylynn (Jim) Filipowicz, San Antonio, TX; eight grandchildren, Angie (Jerald) Smith, Stacy (Brian) Bullock, Melanie (Stewart) Jones, Lynsey (Jim) Hardison, and Jason Adams, all of Arizona; Grace, Sophie, and Lucy Filipowicz, of San Antonio, TX and also nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four brothers, Dean (Helene) Aurora, IL; Blair (Shirley), Mesquite, NV; Douglas (Kaye), Layton, UT; and Neil Adams, Layton, Utah.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roger Adams.
