She was born near Rockford, Illinois, July 1, 1845, a daughter of Levi Jackson Waller, but the major part of her life was spent in Charles City, where she was universally beloved. She was a member of the Excelsior Chapter of the O. E. S. and to it she gave a willing and consistent service.
She was buried from the Masonic Temple Monday afternoon, the services being conducted by Rev. Wilson Denney, of the Congregational church, followed by the beautiful rites of the order with which she had been connected for many years.
She leaves to mourn her death, John Polk Waller, a brother and Mrs. May McLeod, of Omaha, Neb.
