She was born Dec. 13, 1917, in Curwensville, Pa., the daughter of Paul and Lola Myers Gardlock.
Mrs. Bock graduated from Howland High School before marrying her husband of 60 years, Floyd Frederick Bock Sr. She took pride in her home and homemaking.
She enjoyed oil painting, gardening, travel, sewing and poetry writing.
Mrs. Bock was a member of First Church of God on Parkman Road and was active in its Missionary Society, Women's Society and as a Sunday school teacher. She also volunteered with the American Red Cross.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith A. Bock of Yulee, Fla., and Gloria J. Novak of Niles; a son, Floyd Frederick Bock Jr. of Honolulu; a stepmother, Jeannie Gardlock of Florida; two sisters, Nilla Baldwin of Marion and Martha Ortiz of Brentwood, W.Va.; a half-sister, Wendy Gardlock of Clearwater, Fla.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; two brothers, Paul Gardlock Jr. and William Gardlock; a sister, Betty Zilger; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Crown Hill Burial Park, 3966 Warren Sharon Road, Vienna 44473, with the Rev. Wes Cluckey of First Church of God, Mineral Ridge, officiating. Interment at Crown Hill Burial Park will follow.
