The Rev. Harold G. Whitfield, pastor of First Presbyterian church, will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
Born in Harlem township on Dec. 4, 1883, the daughter of John R. and Jessie McDonald. Mrs. Picken was a lifelong resident of this area. She was married to George M. Picken, who died in 1941.
Mrs. Picken was a member of First Presbyterian church and Rockford chapter No. 53, Order of the Eastern Star.
Her survivors include a son, J. Louis Picken, 1623 Post avenue; two granddaughters, Joan and Mary Picken; a sister, Mrs. R. M. Greenlee, Caledonia, and a brother, J.C. McDonald, Beloit, Wis.
Friends may call at he funeral home between 7 and 8:30 o'clock this evening.
