Leroy Thomas Abbe 69 of 3209 Perryton, who retired in 1970 as security guard for Southwestern Life Insurance Company, died here Wednesday. He was born in Corsicana, Navarro, Texas and had lived in Dallas for 47 years.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Lamar & Smith Chapel. Burial will be in the Crown Hill Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife, Irene ; a brother, Leo David Abbe of Dallas; three nephews, Buddy and Robin of Dallas and Royce Lanier of Madison, Wisconsin; neices, Mrs. Peggy Holder, Dallas, Wanda James of Memphis, Tennessee, Pat Mathis of Lewisville, Nelda Laughmiller of Wills Point,Winifred McIntosh of Garland and Betty Ann Musseig of Maine. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie David Abbe and Maudie Purifoy Abbe and a brother, Finnis Lee Abbe.
