She was born October 2, 1956, in Brush, to Richard & Pearl Holmes.
Prior to ill health forcing her retirement, Bobbe worked at the Brush Middle School as a paraprofessional. She also gave pedicures to homebound and the elderly. Bobbe was an avid motorcycle rider and was a member of ABATE, a member of the Moose Lodge of Morgan County. She enjoyed playing softball, and bowling. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, of Brush; her parents, Dick & Pearl Holmes of Brush; her brother and his wife of Brush; and her 2 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Atwood.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at 10:30 AM at the Brush High School Auditorium. Inurnment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
