She was born January 29,1931, the daughter of Neal And Nannie Anderson Skaggs.
surviving are sons, Willim Blair Deccator,Ill, Jeff Blair Chillichote, and Allen Blair, Ashville, daughter Faith Henneberger Columbus, ,broyhers, Ralph,James And Herschel Skaggs All of Greenup County,ky.
And Elmer Skaggs of Rubyville, Ohio;and sisters, Pauline Spurlock,Marion,Ohio, Betty Howard And Josephine Howard both of Greenup County, Ky.
Funera services will be held 2 p.m. Friday in Beacon of Hope Church of God, Scioto County,with Rev. Stan Skaggs Officating Burial will follow in Hager Cemetery Scioto County, Friend may call 10 A.m. to 2 P.m. at the Church, the Church is Located on McDemott Pond Creek Rd, Scioto County, Funeral arrangements made by the Wellman Funeral Home Circieville.
