Services were 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 28, 1995 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall with burial in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Mendenhall. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall handled the arrangements.
Mr. Barker was a native of Milan, Texas.
Survivors include 2 sons: Douglas Barker - Brookhaven, Donald Barker - Richmond, VA; 3 grandchildren: Stephen Barker, Lauren Barker and John Barker - children of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Barker of Brookhaven; 2 great grandchildren.
