The Delphi Citizen, Delphi, Indiana, Thursday, February 21, 1929, Page 1 Carroll County Resident Dies At Daughters Home Mrs. Mary C. Stonebraker, 82, life-long resident of Carroll County and White County, died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G.M. Frye in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she had made her home since August. Surviving are three sons: Charles Stonebraker, Delphi; James Stonebraker, White County; and Warren Stonebraker of Fort Wayne, besides the daughter whose home she died There are four brothers: Henry Morket of Foley, Alabama; Peter Morkert of Tipton, Indiana; Dr. M.D. Morkert of Kokomo; and George W. M. Morkert of Brooklyn, Indiana. Thirty-three grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren survive.
Funeral services were held from the Grimm Funeral Home at Delphi Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Reverend C.E. Wells officiating. Interment in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, east of Pyrmont.
