ALTIS, WANDA JOHNSON 27-Jun-1994 Services were held at the First Baptist Church in Cement, Caddo Co., Ok. for WANDA JOHNSON ALTIS, who died 27-Jun-1994 in Oklahoma City, Ok. A prayer service was held in the Wichita Tribal Building south of Anadarko, Caddo Co., Ok. Burial was in the Wichita Tribal Cemetery under the direction of the Robbins Funeral Home of Fletcher, Comanche Co., Ok. Altis was born 22-Jan-1934 in Lawton to NUSS and ELLA STEPHENSON. She married 12-Jul-1962, CALVIN 'DEE' JOHNSON. She grew up in the Gracemont and Anadarko areas, moving to Cement in 1966, where she lived until her death. She worked as an AOA director for the Wichita Tribe in Anadarko. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cement. She was preceded in death by her husband (23-Nov-1974); her parents; granddaughter, ANGEL WARDEN; two brothers, SMILIE STEPHENSON and VERNON STEPHENSON; and three sisters, HELEN STEPHENSON, BARBARA COOK, and ALMA ARREDONDO.
