Ernest Allen, 80, of Owensboro died Saturday, November 13, 1982, at Owensboro Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Ohio County and was a retired oil field worker. His wife Wilton G Allen died in 1979.
Survivors include a son Robert W Allen of Rockport, INdiana.; two grandsons, three brothers, Archie W Allen of Hartford, Johnny Allen of Fort Branch, Indiana, and Walter Allen of Pleasant Ridge; and tow sisters Mrs ED (Isabelle) Hoover of Utica and Mrs Catherine Huff of Owensboro.
Services are at 2: p.m. Tuesday at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home, Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery Visitation after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
