Oliver Clifton Lusk married (1) Sina Lavada Jones on 8-27-1899 in Stonewall Co., TX. They were the parents of 7 children: James Elvin, Wesley Conklin, Sina Roma, Arthur Clifton, Wilburn Eugene, Lillian Blanche, & Belma Agnes Lusk (died at 4 days old).

Sina died in 1917, 3 months after Belma's death.

Oliver later married Florence B McBroom-Harris on

1-23-1920 in Roswell, Chavez Co, NM. Florence had5 children from her first marriage to James Allen Harris, who had died of battle wounds from WWII. They were: David, Leora Harris, Travis E, Dennis R, & Lewis J Harris.

Oliver and Florence went on to have an additional 6 children together: Wendell T, Henry O, Florence I, Eunice C, Bertie A, & Tressie E Lusk. This gave them a total of 17 living children.

Henry O Lusk wrote a book named "From Buggies to Fifth Wheelers: Recollections" which tells of his large family and their exploits.
