Charlie M. Dean, Sr., 81, died Friday, November 28, 1986 at the Tishomingo County Hospital. He was a member of the Lions Club and a retired carpenter. He was also an active member of the Hubbard-Salem Baptist Church.
Services were held Sunday, November 30, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. W.T. Dexter and the Rev. Allan Osborne officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Donna Archer, Doris McGill and Edith Williams, all of Iuka; five sons, Bill Dean of Zion, Il., Malone Dean, Joe Dean, Allan Dean and Travis Dean, all of Iuka; one sister, Clara Dean of Iuka; 16 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren
