Mrs. Anna B. Ray Elderly Lady Died Last Sunday
Mrs. Anna B. Ray,76,died in the Precious Nursing Home in Vidalia Sunday.
The native of Tattnall County was a member of Watermelon Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Clifton Driggers and Mrs. Prentice Sands, of Glennville; two half-brothers, Cliff Brannen and Clevie Brannen of Glennville; and nine grandchildren,and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Beard's Creek Primitive Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Ernest Dyal and Elder J.W. Durrence. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Lee Hugh Blocker, Fentress Brannen, Ronald Brannen, Claude Ray, Wilton Ray and Barney Brannen.
Rimes Mortuary of Glennville was in charge.
