James Lawrence "Larry" Mastrantonio was the son of Marion Marie (Johnson) Mastrantonio and Antonio Alexander Mastrantonio, and also brother to Antoinette Mastrantonio Cowulich (1947-1990) and Anthony Alexander Mastrantonio, Jr. (1953- ). He married Lucy Ann Lomozik on January 22, 1977 and they had a son named Jordon. Larry died tragically at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira, NY at age 32 from Von Hippel Lindau disease. He is buried next to his father Antonio, who died from the same illness.
