She was born February 27, 1921 in Jasonville, the daughter of William and Sally (Conway) Hope.
Juanita was retired from the Shakamak IGA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William D. Fish, brother Gene Hope, sister June Campbell, infant sister Norma Rose Hope, one grandchild, one great-grandchild and two great-great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter Sharon (Forrest) Wier, a sister Elizabeth Johnson, all of Jasonville; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and eight great-great- grandchildren, and family.
Graveside services will be at Lebanon Cemetery, Friday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Samuel Bush and Rev. Kenneth Coffman officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Simple Cremations and Burials in Clinton.
