Mrs. Vivian Coffield Carter, 65, of 3420 Haynie, died Thursday. A native of San Marcos, she lived in Dallas 20 years. Survived by a son, Cpl. Jack Carter, Jr., Army Air Forces; three daughters, Mrs. F. H. Floyd of Eagle Pass, and Miss Lillie Carter and Mrs. Reagan Dixon, Dallas; a grandson, Lawrence McBride, III, A.A.F.; two granddaughters, Vivian McBride of Eagle Pass and Gail Dixon of Dallas. Service at 10 a. m. Saturday, Guardian Funeral Chapel. Dr. Frank Brown officiating. Interment Grove Hill Cemetery.
