Entered eternal life on January 22, 2011. Beloved daughter of the late Otis D. "Dan" Daniels and Mary Walsh Daniels. Mary is survived by sisters Anne (Mark) Seelman and Julie (John) Engard, brother, Thomas (Barbara) Daniels; nieces Laura, Alexa and Erica; nephews, David, Trevor, Michael, and Christopher, several aunts and many cousins.

No matter where her father's Army postings led them, her parents were instrumental in ensuring that Mary, who had Down Syndrome, had school programs for students with special needs, even starting programs where none existed. She graduated from the BOCES Foreman Center, attended programs at School of the Holy Childhood and Lifetime Assistance, went to Camp Haccamo for many summers and participated in the Special Olympics.

Mary's life was filled with so many wonderful people. The family would like to give special thanks to her Catholic Charities "family" and the group home at Westerloe, her home for many years. We would also like to thank Lifetime Assistance, Inc. especially Golden Memories, the Highlands Living Center, and Visiting Nurse Hospice Care. Our heartfelt gratitude for being a part of Mary's exceptional life.
