Charles Elmer "Pat" Fulton was the 2nd son of Charles Parker Fulton and Clara Hobson. His brothers were Robert Leland Fulton, Frank Merwyn Fulton and Charlton Paschal Fulton. He was the loving husband of Grace Forrette. Pat & Grace had no children but were deeply loved by their nieces and nephews: the ten children of Charlton Fulton. Uncle Pat worked for Northern Pacific from 1916 until 1961.

Uncle Pat attended Vancouver High School and later Chehalis High School. He was a star athlete in football, basketball and track & field. His father was the agent for Northern pacific at the Chehalis Depot.

Charles Fulton was a veteran of World War I. He worked for Northern Pacific as a freight auditor.
