HOBSON, Mt.----- - Phyllis M. Bruchez, 64, of Hobson, died Thursday evening at her home in Hobson of lung cancer. Phyllis was born Dec. 4, 1934, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Otis and Fannie Reynolds of Mitchellville, Iowa. She began her education in Colfax and Mitchellville. The family moved to Lewistown in 1946 where her father was an auctioneer at the Lewistown Livestock Market. She attended Lincoln Elementary School and then Fergus High School, graduating in 1953. On Oct. 15, 1965, she was united in marriage to Kenneth J. Bruchez in Lewistown. They made their home in Hobson until the time of her death.

Phyllis was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Hobson, American Veterinarian Medical Association, Past Matron of Vesper Chapter No. 83 Order of Eastern Star of Hobson.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth of Hobson; two daughters, Barbara Perrine of Powell, Wyo., and Deborah Cline of Reno, Nev.; two sons, Larry of Toston and John of Spearfish, S.D.; one sister, C.J. Reynolds of Rockvale, Md.; five grandchildren, Kimberly Child of Cody, Wyo., Toni Perrine of Powell, Jackie Bruchez of Bozeman, Sarah Cline of Reno and Matt Bruchez of Denton; four great-granddaughters, Amber, Haley and Brandy Child, all of Cody, and Hannah Maddox of Powell; several nieces and nephews. Her parents and one brother, John O. Reynolds, preceded her in death.

Memorial Services for Phyllis M. Bruchez will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the First Christian Church of Lewistown. Cremation has taken place.
The Cloyd Funeral Home of Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.

Friends may make memorials to the Masonic Home or Vesper Chapter No. 83 O.E.S. and they may be left at the Cloyd Funeral Home.
