Devon was a toddler who was killed, along with her mother, Lisa, in the back of the Your Kidz & Mine clothing store in the Collegeville Shopping Center by the shop owner's son, Caleb Fairley. Her body was then dumped over an embankment inside Valley Forge State Park, near a hiking trail. Fairley was sentenced to two life terms in the Pennsylvania state prison.
