The photo shows Mary with her brother-in-law Richard A. Skinner and sister-in-law Amy Stith (aka Emma or Em) (Powell) Skinner. Richard & Amy had come from Nebraska for the funeral of Richard's brother Eli Morris Skinner. The younger woman next to Mary was one of her neighbors. Eli & Mary's children were:

"Grandma" Skinner Dies at Advanced Age of 82 Years
Mary Eve Skinner, widow of the late Eli Skinner who died about two and a half years ago, passed away at her home Thursday night of last week at the ripe age of 82 years, the solace coming to her after a period of suffering from the ills that attend extreme age.
Mary Eve Buchanan (That should have said "Buchman," which was a German surname pronounced like "Bookman.") was born in Perry County, Ohio April 18, 1928. On May 30, 1867, she was married to Eli M. Skinner and from this union there are seven surviving children: three daughters, Mrs. Eli McIntyre of Nibbe, Mont., Mrs. William Ridge of Walker, Mo., Mrs. Clifford Goff of Glenrock, and four sons, George Skinner of Hudson, Wyo., William and Charles Skinner of Glenrock and Lewis Skinner of Lucerne, Wyo.
With her husband and children Mrs. Skinner moved to Missouri in 1881 later filing a homestead in Nebraska and coming to Glenrock in 1897, making her home here during the 31 years following that date. The hardships that attend pioneering were familiar to the Skinner family as they are to all who assist in the making of a new country.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon from the Baptist church, the Rev. Mr. Reider, pastor of the Lutheran church at Casper, officiating, and burial was in the Glenrock cemetery.
The pall bearers were old-time residents of Glenrock: Howard Jackson, Elmer Wood, W.L. Fenex, George Walkinshaw, J.P. McMahon, and S.B. McMahon.
