On the 15th of October 1896, he was married to Cora Ann Autrey (1873-1945) in Washburn, Scott, Arkansas. Children: Ethel Eleanor [Blair] Crawford (1898-1993) and Franklin Parker Blair (1905-1972). Between 1910 and 1920 the family moved from Arkansas to Heavener, Oklahoma. Frank's occupation was as a merchant in a general store. He passed away at the age of 75 years on 2 June 1946 in Heavener, Le Flore, Oklahoma and was laid to rest next to his wife in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Heavener, Le Flore, Oklahoma.
