Services for Cipriano (Pinao)Fierro,63,of Kermit are scheduled at 2 p.m.Friday,Jan.5,at St.Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jose Ramirez officiating.

Burial will be in Kermit Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Chapel.

Fierro died Tuesday,Jan.2,1990,at Memorial Hospital. Born Sept.26,1926,in Marathon,he married Basilia Vara on July 17,1948,in Kermit. She preceded him in death.

He was a maintenance worker, a veteran, a Catholic and was affiliated with the Crusillista Organization. Fierro was a longtime resident of Kermit.

Survivors include three daughters, Alicia Garcia and Mary Garcia, both of Ft.Stockton, and Terry Armendariz of Kermit; two brothers,Cecilio Fierro of Phoenix, Ariz.,and Mariano Fierro of Kermit;15 grandchildren,and seven great grandchildren.
