ANDERSON-Mrs. Emma Anderson, 90, 1304 Roncevalles Ave., died at noon, Wednesday, March 11, 1970, in her home after a long illness. Born Feb. 3, 1880 in Pecatonica, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gustaf Holmberg. Lived 70 years in Rockford, coming here from Pecatonica. Married to S. Malcolm Anderson in Rockford June 25, 1921. Member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Her husband preceded her in death Feb. 10, 1953. Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Marshall (Barbara) Erickson, Rockford; one grandson, Brian Erickson, and two granddaughters, Nancy and Diane Erickson, all of Rockford.
Services at 1 p.m. Saturday in Fred C. Olson Mortuary, 1001 2nd Ave., with Rev. Wilbert E. Benson, pastor of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial in Scandinavian Cemetery. No visitation.
