Missouri death certificate # 14480 male, white, married, retired civil engineer. Parents Lyman B Hollenback of NJ and Prudence A Freewaic, could be Freeman, there are some numbers above her name, and one beside that could be a 4 or could be more added to what looks like waic. Could be the numbers above are 5/22.. [ 5/22 dot dot ] making it appear to be waic. Many times with hand writing m and w's are confused. Freewa orFreema does look lik i or c. She was born in PA. Mrs. Hallie Hollenback. The n's in the document handwritten could look like a u and that is why I really think the name is Freeman the m a plain and the n looking like a u as it does in Hollenback.
